					2005/06 Hawthorn 1st XI Premiership Team claim their second A-Grade Turf 'Wright Shield' in 4 years defeating Old Carey  at Surrey Park.
					2004/05 Hawthorn 2nd XI Premiership Team claim the C-Turf Flag against Donvale at Surrey Park, ending a two year run of GF losses at the same venue for the club.
					2002/03 Hawthorn 1st XI Premiership Team celebrate with the A-Grade Turf 'Wright Shield' after defeating arch rivals North Balwyn in a low scoring affair in Mulgrave. The 4th XI won their 2nd Premiership in the same year.
					2000/01 Jerry Tylas held aloft after leading the 4th XI to their first flag against Glen Iris United in C-Grade Synthetic.
